Low radiation glass LOW EMISSIVITY COATED GLASS (Low-E glass)

Product Description

Technology: low radiation glass is processed by vacuum magnetron sputtering (off-line) or chemical vapor deposition (online), with nano silver coating on the substrate. The off-line coating has a higher requirement for substrate and hollow processing, but has better insulation effect than the on-line coating (U value is lower).

Silver is the lowest rate of radiation in nature, made of silver coating glass, is characterized with high reflectivity of infrared radiation, the energy saving effect is very good; and the reflectance of visible light is very low, so its transparency is very good, very light colored, close to ordinary glass. The other shading coefficient is very small, and it is made into hollow glass with other glass pieces. The heat conduction coefficient is very low, and it has excellent energy saving effect.

Shanghai Yaohua uses off-line coating technology. The choice of substrates can be ordinary float glass or toughened glass, transparent glass or bulk coloured glass. Different choices bring different visual effects, highlighting energy saving and unique. Low-E glass is widely used in all parts of the world, and is the best choice for contemporary energy-saving buildings.

Shanghai Yaohua can also process all kinds of off-line reflective glass.
